Essential Science IndicatorsSM from
Thomson Reuters data
were updated to cover a 10-year plus 10-month period, from January 1999
to October 31, 2009. With this update, the data pool expanded to include
an additional 1,668 scientists, 225 institutions, 12 countries, and 56
journals that are either entirely new to Essential Science
Indicators, or new to one of the database’s 22 fields.
ScienceWatch.com presents a listing of those New Entrants who
showed the greatest total citations.
